有个法国INRA老板回我，然而挂靠学校是Universite Paris-Sacaly 已有7人参与

当时是通过巴黎11大的官网查到这个老板的，以为挂靠学校也是巴黎11大。没想到今天回我邮件说让我自己选注册在中国学校或者Universite Paris-Sacaly。 但是谁能告诉我Universite Paris-Sacaly是个什么鬼？ 我看维基百科上说是2014年才建校的- -。。。如果真是个不咋地的学校我真想拒了。。。。这样申请CSC肯定过不了 1200 EUR is not much but could be just enough to live here (Paris area is more expensive than other places). There are some little studios (studettes) on the campus for 432 EUR per month (we say that to live don't spend more than one third o the salary for lodgement). see the attached doc. WOuld you be attached to a chinese university or a french one? We are linked to Universite Paris-Sacaly. When could you start?
