求问叫我明年再联系的回复算不算好消息？

之前这个老师回复 没钱 我就表示可以只用提供一年的funds，然后他今天回复了 我不知道该咋回 明年三月联系会不会太晚了。。。 If you can provide a portion of the funds it would definitely help. While I don't have current funds to make a commitment, if you are willing to contact me next spring (March/April) I should have a better idea of what we'll have available for the fall of 2017. We have several grant proposals submitted, but as always notification of whether they're funded or rejected is a lengthy process. |
