第一条是文章的语言还是结构有问题啊?第二条能看懂，文献太陈旧. Dear Author(s): Thanks for your interest and submission to the Acta Astronautica Journal. But it is regretful that the Editorial Board has to decline your article due to the following reason(s): 1. The English writing of this paper does not meet the archival standard of the Acta Astronautica. 2. Almost all references were published in more than 5 years ago. Extensive survey on the most recent research and publications are necessary and mandatory.@Monash2011 |
