[求助] 审稿意见已有2人参与

前段时间投了一篇英文论文到国外期刊，一直是Assigment editor pending，现在突然变成major revision，邮件如下，但是登录系统看到的也是这种，请问意见就是下面的comment for author吧？就这么几条？感觉不像外审专家回复的意见啊？求指导？
We have received the reports from our advisors on your manuscript, "XXX", which you submitted to XXX.

Based on the advice received, the Editor feels that your manuscript could be reconsidered for publication should you be prepared to incorporate the major revisions recommended by the reviewers.
