编辑回复： The required DOUBLE-COLUMN, single-spaced (2-column) PDF version of 5 pages or less, using a font size of 10 points or larger, having a margin of at least 1 inch on all sides, is in the INCORRECT FORMAT and is not SINGLE-SPACED as required, per the submission standard and per the EIC.  A Signal Processing Letter is a five pages long paper, in the two column version, comprising at most four pages of technical content plus one page only for references.  This 5-page limit may not exceed 4 double-column single-spaced pages, including title; names of authors and their complete contact information; abstract; text; all images, figures and tables, appendices and proofs; and all references - overlapping text and/or figures is prohibited.  There will be no exceptions per the EIC in regard to the 5 page max page limitation and paying over length page charges is not an option for a Letters submission per the EIC. 求大神。。第一次投稿SCI，3次被退回修改格式，想请教一下有人知道哪里出问题了吗？ 我是用WORD编辑的，4页正文，双栏单倍行距，正文10号字体，提交也只提交了双栏PDF（没看到有要求提交单栏PDF）。
