Preparation of Standard Solutions.Stock standard phosphate solution was prepared by dissolving 0.1000 g of oven-dried analytical reagent grade disodium hydrogen phosphate, Na2HP04, in 100 mL of deionized water and was stored in a polyethylene volumetric flask.
