关于IEEE Trans 的final submission.

请教各位，有篇论文被IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology录用了，最终提交的内容包括： 1、Softcopy of manuscript includes all figures and tables (pdf/ps file). 2、Softcopy of manuscript (WORD, Latex). 3、Camera-ready copies of all figures and tables (pdf/ps file). Also pdf/ps file of figure and table captions. 4、Scanned Signed Copy of Copyright Transfer Form. (Form appears in January issues). 5、Soft copy of figures (ps, eps, tiff file). 6、 [For Transaction Papers only, not for Transaction Letters] Brief technical biography and photo (tiff file) of each Author. 有点不明白，1、3、5项有什么区别？ 还有第六项应该以什么形式提交？ 有请大拿指教！ |
