*Official Language
The official language of this conference is English. Abstracts, papers and presentations should be fairly presented English.

*There are some basic requirements for the essay:
1. Only English Manuscript is acceptable.
2. The essay ought to be innovative.
3. Please submit only the up-to-date and original work, not previously published or copyrighted.
4. The paper should no less than 4 pages in accordance with conference template. Shorter papers should not be included in the proceedings.

*Registration
One regular registration (RMB2600) can cover a paper within 4-6 pages , including all figures, tables, and references.
If your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you need to pay for the additional pages.

*Details of the Registration Fees
1. Registration fees cover publishing expenses, conference proceedings in a CD-ROM, lunches, conference matericals and attending all technical sessions.
2. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within seven (7) days after receiving your payment.
3. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the CD and invoice to you.
