References Authors are responsible for checking the accuracy of all references. If you use EndNote or Reference Manager to facilitate referencing citations (not required for submission), this journal's style is available for use. References should be numbered in order of appearance in the text (in Arabic numerals in parentheses) and must be listed numerically in the reference list. Journal titles and author initials should be properly abbreviated and punctuated. See list of abbreviated journals in Index Medicus. If an automatic referencing system has been used in the preparation of the paper, the references must not be left embedded in the final text file submitted.
