一篇小论文，质量不好，用的数据是“边角料”。投了七八次都拒了，已经不打算当回事了。昨天下午改了改五点又投出去了，谁料想晚上10点就接到了录用通知，publish as it is，我擦，天意啊！还真是应了那句话，没有投不出去的SCI。。。。
