[求助] 这该怎么修改已有2人参与

1. 投了个SCI，大修后编辑给出的意见是这个，麻烦大牛帮忙看看，是否只需要标注下图表在文中的位置就行。
2. 另外，编辑在最后提示“Also, please take care of the reviewer's suggestion mentioned below:“，这还需要根据reviewer的意见再修改吗？有一个reviewer是推荐接收，另一个reviewer提出的意见目前实现不了，在大修时也做了说明，这次又提及了下，但貌似不是重点，对其他方面倒是肯定。
3. 目前系统中的状态是"minor revision"。

Please indicate clearly the place of figures and Tables in the text (like figure 1 to be inserted here, table 2 to be inserted here.
