ATE编辑这句话是什么意思？是需要我再单独发送论文给他吗？ 已有2人参与

请问我是直接提交修改稿件，还是要send a copy of the revised paper to editor,变价是赵老师，但是处理编辑是日本的一个编辑，我已经在系统里面提交修改稿件了，2周了还是with editor 不知道编辑这句话是不是还要让我再发个copy给他邮箱，有谁遇到过吗？求大神指教~ Dear Dr.xx Please find below the comments of the referee(s) on your paper submitted to ATE, ref.xxx If you are able to fully address the comments made, I would be grateful if you could send me a copy of the revised paper, so that it can be reviewed again by the referees.
