遇见审稿人一个问题，求助各位大神帮忙解答一下

审稿人问到“It is necessary to add steady-state data on fuel oxidation at some reasonably low potential because fuel cell can only operate under stationary mode. Oxidation currents at 50 mv/s can not be representative, especially when the difference is so small (ca. two times, which can hardly compensate the difference of technological complexity).”。不太理解这个问题的意思，之前以为是恒电位稳定性测试，二审的时候审稿人说没有回答上这个问题。求助各位，能否帮忙解答一下。 @Gamry-电化学 |
