论文在送审前被拒，编辑给的意见中有格式问题，可以修改后重新投这个杂质吗

以下是编辑给的意见： I regret to inform you that your manuscript entitled "Synthesis and Characterization of a series of Naphthalene-fused Siloles" lacking the standard requirement for a submitting paper is not suitable for consideration in the editorial process of this journal. We must ask you to refer to Guide for Authors. Some examples of the problems: author's names and affiliations should follow the title; Abstract should state briefly the principal results and major conclusions specifically; Keywords are too general to specify the article; Highlights are vague and not appropriate; References should include the title... Further, to pass the reviewing process for publication, for example, the performance of the prepared OLED should be specified showing the merits of the present work comparing with the existing. As a whole, although this manuscript may contain something new and interesting, the prepared stay at a primitive level by lacking integration and persuasiveness as an article. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work, and I wish you success with future manuscripts. 论文9月1号开始是with editor，一个月没有消息，后来今天上午10点显示给了另外一个编辑，然后刚才就被拒了，这种情况可以改一改再重新投这个杂质吗 |
