Briefly,50mLof0.05wt%HAuCl4 solution washeatedundervigorousstirring.Afterheatingtobeboil- ing, 5mLsodiumcitratesolution(1.00wt%)wasaddedunder continuous stirring.Themixedsolutionwasthenkeptboilingfor about 10minbeforecoolingtoatmospherictemperature.The obtained AuNPswerecentrifugedandresuspendedin50mLof ultrapurewater,thenstoredat4 °C forthefollowingusage.An OPD solutionwhichwaspreparedfreshlywasaddeddropwise intotheobtainedAuNPscolloidstomodifythesurfaceofAuNPs with alayerofOPD.Afterincubationfor30min,centrifugation and resuspensioninphosphatebufferedsaline(PBS,pH¼7.4) wereconductedthreetimestoremovetheexcessOPDinthe mixture. |
