ubuntu下安装genemark-ES 已有1人参与

安装软件tar -zxvf解压后里面有install 说明和README文档，但我有点不明白怎么操作。两文档中安装说明如下： Installation instructions for GeneMark* software a. Copy the content of distribution to desired location. b. Install the key: copy key "gm_key" into users home directory as: cp gm_key ~/.gm_key Program is ready for execution. Perl scripts are configured with default Perl location at "/usr/bin/perl" Programs may have prerequisite conditions, like: some CPAN modules, shell scripts or common unix utilities. 以及 1. INSTALLATION Since configuration script for this package is yet under development a user should check and adjust the following: Default location of PERL is on the first line of all "*.pl" files: /usr/bin/perl Required PERL modules available on CPAN YAML Hash::Merge Logger::Simple Parallel::ForkManager To install GeneMark-ET, just copy content of the distribution directory to desired location and code is ready to run. 请问该怎么操作？新手是在不会！ |
