[求助] View Decision状态是significant amendments是啥意思啊已有1人参与

小弟投了一篇文章在advances in cement research，经过一次大修后返回审稿人，昨日收到二审意见以及编辑部邮件如下：

Please help us to publish your work efficiently by checking your final manuscript carefully against our guidelines.还附带了审稿人的一些意见。查看系统里的状态确是Current Status是revise, View Decision是significant amendments。请问这个意思是修改后接受的意思吗？是不是修改后不再返回给审稿人看了啊？
