Responsibilities: 1. Follow up with recruitment process, and coordinate the interview arrangement with Departments. 2. Job posting internally and externally, system maintenance. 3. Provide secretarial administrative support such as appointment scheduling, meeting preparation, Reimbursement support. 4. ER activities support, such as team building. 5. Training support. 6. Provide HR services to foreign senior management. 7. Other office HR affairs and tasks if needed. Requirements: 1. Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related major. 2. Strong communication and team spirit. 3. Be responsible and hardworking. 4. Good oral and written English. 5. Excellent command of MS Office. 6. At least provide 3 full working days in 1 week. |
