大家在提交序列时有没有遇到过 有终止密码子或阅读框移位的 genbank的回信啊，不知怎么解决，希望大家不吝赐教，万分感谢！ 原文如下： Some or all of the protein coding sequences contain internal stop codons, reading frame shifts (insertions/deletions based on BLAST similarity search results and/or an alignment), and/or have translations that show little or no similarity to other proteins in the database. |
