First, the mathmetical models for PSO algorithm and PID parameters optimization were given, which were used to analyze the basic principle and influencing parameters. Secondly, the optimization criterion and controlled object were determined, components were selected, and simulation module charts were connected. Finally, relevant influencing factors were analyzed according to simulation results. Simulation resutls show that weight coefficient does influence the global searching ability; there is an optimal solution when the acceleration factors are equal with each other; limited amplitude influences partcile flight stride and the system stability; The more the ternary diagram of optimization parameters is close to the lower right corner, the higher the control accuracy will be; while the more it is close to the apical angle, the more the system will be unstable; PSO algorithm is more simple than conventional algorithms, which provides a new thought for seeking optimal engineering parameters. |
