求大神~~什么是dependency of the Weber number，审稿人要的是什么？

IECR的审稿意见，有一条看不懂，不知道审稿人要的是什么，审稿意见如下： On page 13, line 13, the authors stated “The break up point is always at the downstream of the junction 2 due to the inertia force of water from L2.” I think this statement can be confirmed by examining a dependency of the Weber number. 做的气液两相流动的，但是惯性力和韦伯数有什么关系啊，怎么做dependency of the Weber number的分析啊？求大神告知！跪谢 |
