It’s show that the treatment of grain boundary diffusion improved the coervice force of magnetics from 963.96 kA/m to 1317.14 kA/m, increased 36.64% than not, but the remanence and maxinum magnegic energy was not reduced, keeping a good squre degrees.And the PrZn alloy magnets have lower weight losses and magnetic flux losses than as-sintered magnets in the HAST environment by grain boundary diffusion, the weight loss and flux loss are reduced by 93.33% and 36.27%, respectively. The stable and high corrosion potential Pr-O phase are formed at the grain boundaries after grain boundary diffusion, which Optimizes the intergranular structure of the magnet structure. therefore the corrosion property is effectively inhibited in the environment of high temperature,huminity and pressure.
