求大神推荐“影响因子低或者收费的”概率论方向的SCI期刊 已有4人参与

我手头现在有两篇文章，创新都不高、不突出，投过几个杂志，编辑部初审没有过，被退回来了，都不知道投哪个杂志好，请推荐一下，万分感谢。 一篇投过 springerplus和Advances in Mathematical Physics 另一篇投过 Methodology and Computing in Applied Probability，Statistics & Probability Letters和East Asian Journal on Applied Mathematics |
