前几天投给T-ASE的论文，以没有"Note to the Practitioners"的理由直接给拒绝了。 请问"Note to the Practitioners"指的是什么呀？ 以下是拒稿理由： ---------------------- [XX] The required Note to the Practitioners, that is to appear within the manuscript itself, directly below the Abstract is missing.
