1微米厚的硅在可见光下是什么颜色

最近，我们实验室通过国内一家中介在国外买了一些探针，硅基，我们的要求是在1微米厚的悬臂梁上有20nm厚的金层，并且是一面有。今天我在显微镜下看了刚收到的探针，正面的如图1和图2 ，反面的如图3。想问一下，如图所示的颜色， 正面和反面是硅还是金。 货到了以后跟国内中介沟通，还没给我们回复，于是我们就联系国外的公司了。 下面是国外公司的邮件回复，也请帮我看一下，谢谢。只列有关内容，背景及寒暄略。 我： Does the gold layer coat in one or two sides? 国外公司：there is no gold layer on them. They have not been ordered with additional gold layer.（此处的they是只国内的中介公司） 我：Is the whole cantilever sensor made of Si ? The color of the cantilevers are yellow, different from the other part under the microscope. Is there any gold on the cantilevers without further order? There would be 20 nm gold layer on one side of cantilevers of our previous cantilever sensors. Attachemts are the pictures of the cantilever sensors ordered in August this year. Fig.1 and Fig. 2 are one side of the cantilever sensors, and Fig. 3 is the picture of the other side of it. I thought the yellow part was the gold layer. 国外公司：yes the whole cantilever is made of silicon. It looks yellow or I would say a bit more brown, because it is just 1µm thin. So it is already transparent for longer wavelengths, but not for shorter ... Yes, in the past you requested and ordered the cantilever with the additional gold coating. But they didn´t request the gold and so I didn´t quote it .... But I remember, they asked for the gold thickness, and I told them it is 20nm. But I can not have all quotes in mind when I get questions. Our price list and data sheet clearly show, that the gold layer is an additional thing. 此时，我有些糊涂，说是没有金镀层，现在又说他们询问过金厚度，他回复说20nm. 我：There is still 20 nm gold on the silicon substrate even a gold layer was not requested. If it is true, the 20 nm gold layer lie in one side or the both two sides? 国外公司：the chips you received in August have no gold layer at all.
