In your case, you can take the exam for (A) "Doctoral program 2017; entering in October 2017" (B) "Doctoral program 2017; entering in April 2018" or (C) "International student Doctoral curse; entering in April 2018" If you take the exam of (C), you have to prepare College student visa in advance. (perhaps by June 2017) Otherwise, there is no hurry for visa. Anyway, please keep watch on the update of the website |
