2017年春季入学（申请9月截止） 有机合成 生物有机 药物化学 博士研究生 - 美国 德克萨斯大学 艾尔帕索分校 化学系 The Zhu Group, Department of Chemistry, University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) https://science.utep.edu/zhu 导师介绍：Dr. Yaoqiu Zhu got his Ph.D. with Professor Richard Silverman (inventor of Pfizer’s blockbuster drug Lyrica) in Northwestern University. He then joined Abbott Laboratories as a medicinal chemistry research scientist and made direct contributions to the recently launched HCV drug Viekira Pak. After resigned from Abbott, he founded his own research laboratory and published a series of independent papers on major ACS journals about the clinical drawbacks of the cardiovascular blockbuster drug Plavix and developed novel drug candidates. Currently Dr. Zhu is an assistant professor at UTEP, focusing on developing new methodologies for biomedical research and drug discovery. 招生方向：有机合成 生物有机 药物化学 申请条件： - 有机化学或相关专业本科或硕士，GPA 3.0以上，相关专业成绩突出。 - 必须有GRE成绩；另外必须有TOEFL或IELTS成绩之一。 - 态度端正，勤奋踏实；有较好的研究室学习工作经历，有团队协作素养，善于沟通和交流，有良好的接收指令和指导的能力。 博士研究生录取后获得全额奖学金，第一年21000美金，逐年递增至23500美金。 联系邮件：yzhu2@utep.edu 。 |
