NMR H谱定量准确性如何？为什么说是半定量分析？ 已有3人参与

各位老师好，关于NMR定量有个问题想麻烦请教一下， nmr定量准确性怎么样？是半定量测试方法吗？非常感谢！ 因为最近测试样品分别用内标和外标法进行了H谱定量。定量测试条件：脉冲序列zg90，D1>5T1，时间半小时以上。 但是老板说nmr是半定量分析。。。我感觉还是比较准确的啊，也看到一些文献 药品纯度都是NMR来做的。有点困惑。 |

如果有文献报道，做和文献相同或相似结构的分析没问题。如果这类成分没用核磁做过，要先做方法考察。有证据支撑，能说明问题就行了，何必纠结是不是半定量？任何一个分析手段都有优缺点和适用范围，不好说得决对 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

下面是关于qNMR简介，如需要我给您全文。 Performance and advantages of qNMR measurements Quantitative NMR shows many advantages over other analytical techniques with regard to quantifi - cation or purity determination of organic substances. The most outstanding attribute of qNMR is that it is a relative primary method: the signal intensity is in direct proportionality with the number of protons contributing to the resonance. The structures of the chemical substances are therefore irrelevant. In addition, no significant empirical factors or unknown biases contribute to the ratio of signals. The signal ratio of two diff erent protons can thereforebe measured with tremendous precision and the only signifi - cant contribution to the measurement uncertainty is the integration of the signals. In other words, the direct response of a qNMR experiment is of the greatest accuracy. |
