As you may know, our Journal is following Good Publishing Practice recommendations. In order to proceed with the publication process, you are required to give an explicit contribution of each individual co-author to this article in the written form - this text will be placed at the last paragraph before the Conclusions. 1-2 sentences for each co-author is ok. Please be aware that contributions are mandatory starting with 2016. Respond to this email directly, do not resubmit your paper via online submission form.
