[交流] 关于投稿格式审查问题的交流

最近投了一二区文章，格式审查意见如下：
In our aim to further strive for objectivity and transparency in research authors should disclose information that might be relevant for the Editors, reviewers and readers of this journal as of January 2015.
The disclosure of potential conflicts of interest is mandatory information. Awareness of real or perceived conflicts of interest is a perspective to which the research community is entitled. Potential conflicts of interest, financially or non-financially, directly or indirectly related to the work, are relevant in all fields of science.
While checking your submission entitled "XXXXXXXX", we noticed that the Conflict of Interest Statement is missing.
This statement should be added before we start the review process for your manuscript. Please refer to the Instructions for Authors to make sure your manuscript complies with the Ethical Rules applicable for this journal.
Please add the following just before the References:
Compliance with Ethical Standards:
(in case of Funding) Funding: This study was funded by X (grant number X).
Conflict of Interest: Author A has received research grants from Company A. Author B has received a speaker honorarium from Company X and owns stock in Company Y. Author C is a member of committee Z. OR if no conflict exists: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.
请教各位：1、审查编辑是否执意要求提供基金支持的声明，我的工作确实没有基金支持（企业内部做的），还要声明如基金支持么？
2、审查编辑除了基金支持的声明外，是否还有其他言外之意？
