Thin solid film 杂志大修意见看不懂，求指教、求翻译

1、The table and figure captions are superfluous and need to be more detailed/descriptive. 2、The manuscript: Represents major, significant contribution to the subject: Presents valuable, sound, and original results: X Is not suitable for the scope of Thin Solid Films: Adds little or nothing to knowledge of the subject: Is the manuscript exempt of major errors, faulty judgments, or misleading interpretations? Yes 3、Is it clearly presented, well organized, and clearly written? No 4、Does it contain superfluous material? No 5、If applicable, is the experiment section sufficiently detailed for readers to reproduce experiments and assess quality and relevance of results? No 6、Is sufficient information included or cited to support assertions made and conclusions drawn? No 7、The motivation for the chosen layer structure is not well presented. What are the choices based on? 8、 A simulation of the reflectance profile should be included which could be compared to the measured reflectance. 9、I did not find reference to cyanide as a factor in Si surface passivation in the papers cited. This is not a common factor, so if this is believed to be the case more elaboration should be done on this point. 10、The surface morphology is expected to influence the deposition of the film and hence the film structure and properties. 11、The solar cell performance for the passivated pyramid cell is quite low compared to similar structures in the literature. This may indicate that the sample set is not intercomparable. |
