这个问题是自噬审稿经常问到的问题，就是一个自噬流（autophagic flux)的问题，可以用Bafilomycin A1进行干预，其作用是阻断自噬泡与溶酶体的结合，阻止自噬泡成熟，会造成LC3-II的累积。
This is a autophagic flux problem, which is frequently asked in paper reviewing. Bafilomycin A1 can be applied as intervention to block the combination of autophagic vacuole and lysosome, so as to prevent the autophagic vacuole from getting mature, resulting in the accumulation of LC3-II.
