如何生成IEEE的论文参考文献格式？ 已有3人参与

例如一篇文章，我Google学术然后找到引用，里面的格式是下面三样的的： Anagnostopoulos C N E, Anagnostopoulos I E, Loumos V, et al. A license plate-recognition algorithm for intelligent transportation system applications[J]. IEEE Transactions on Intelligent transportation systems, 2006, 7(3): 377-392. Anagnostopoulos, Christos Nikolaos E., et al. "A license plate-recognition algorithm for intelligent transportation system applications." IEEE Transactions on Intelligent transportation systems 7.3 (2006): 377-392. Anagnostopoulos, C. N. E., Anagnostopoulos, I. E., Loumos, V., & Kayafas, E. (2006). A license plate-recognition algorithm for intelligent transportation system applications. IEEE Transactions on Intelligent transportation systems, 7(3), 377-392. 而IEEE系列杂志投稿模板里面要求的格式为这样的： [2] C. N. E. Anagnostopoulos, I. E. Anagnostopoulos, V. Loumos, and E.
