主编回复，大家帮忙看看这段话是什么意思？尤其是第二段，是说如果要纸质期刊的话交钱？还是不交钱就不出版纸质版？ I am very pleased to inform you that your paper has been published in TDEI, as shown above, and will soon be also available on IEEE Xplore.
