actual MIC/EUCAST MIC ?

MIC是最低抑菌浓度，MIC值不应该是固定的吗？为什么我的文章的review意见如下： I'm assuming the MICs were not actual MIC but rather surrogate MICs from EUCAST? If this is the case, authors should be more discreet and clear in their methodology that these were not actual MICs from the pathogens isolated. 请问什么是EUCAST的MIC?什么是actual MIC？ 谢谢大伙啦 |
