请问XRD特维德细化分析具体的方法，我想知道是怎么分析计算百分比例的？例如文献提到的The resultant Cu–Cu2O– graphene nanocomposites have a metal content of 81.24 wt% confirmed by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP) measurement and the mass ratio of Cu to Cu2O in the nanocomposites is 66.3(5)% : 33.7(5)% by Rietveld Refinement analysis. |
