求助拿到.log和.fchk文件，下一步如何用gaussview处理

要计算配体的能级，已经找人计算处理后拿到了.log和.fchk文件，求问下一步该怎么处理才能得到下列结果： 1.The energy of the lowest triplet excited state of ligand 2. Optimized molecular geometry of free ligand at the ground state 3. optimized molecular geometry of free ligand at the lowest triplet excited state 4 Contour plots of the frontier orbitals of free ligand at the lowest triplet excited state. 本人主要做合成，第一次接触理论计算，希望大神们能多多指点，谢谢啦! |
