| 目前,商业用W-LEDs主要是通过树脂将YAG:Ce3+黄色劳光粉涂敷在GaN蓝光芯片封装而成。然而,由于芯片和焚光粉衰减率不同会引起色差,导致白光的显色性变差,故其限制了W-LEDs在医疗领域的应用。因此,研发新型的RE掺杂材料用于UV芯片激发的W-LEDs照明,具有非常重要的意义。 |

| Currently, the commercial W-LEDs are mainly prepared by sealing YAG:Ce3+ yellow fluorescent powder on GaN blue-light emitting chips with resin. The difference in decay rates for chip and fluorescent powder can cause chromatic aberration, which yields distorted color rendering, limiting the use of W-LEDs in medical field. It is therefore of practical importance to develop UV-excited W-LED devices based on new RE doped materials. |
