编辑部发了两封邮件，第一封：Thank you for revising your paper for IET Electric Power Applications. I am pleased to accept the paper for publication since the criticisms of the reviewers have now been answered. The reviewer comments can be found at the end of this email. Please incorporate any changes suggested by reviewers into your corrections when you receive the typeset proof of your paper for checking.

The IET now offers authors an Open Access publication option alongside our standard Subscription Access. The standard Subscription Access option involves you assigning copyright to the publisher. If you choose the Open Access option you will retain the copyright for your work by selecting one of four Creative Commons Licences. Please be aware that if you choose an Open Access licence there is an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $1,450. The APC may be covered by the same funding that you would receive for your research, and some institutions have funding set aside to fund open access publishing. You will be contacted shortly asking you to take a decision and sign either a copyright or licence form.

Your paper is ready to be typeset. Once the proofs are ready, you will be sent a notification asking you to view them and make any corrections needed.
