| Your question sounds interesting, although I don't if I can of any help regarding your question. I think you are calculating viscosity by NEMD simulations? Could you described your problem in more detail? Also provide some references? Discussing an algorithm is much more interesting than talking about an input script for a software. |

我主要想计算一下 Poiseuille flow 中的局部 transport properties (diffusion coefficient, shear viscosity and thermal conductivity); 所谓的局部性质主要是对管道进行分层，计算不同层之间的传质性质。这个问题最早计算的可见？《Variation of transport properties along nanochannels a study by non-equilibrium molecular dynamics》，《Effect of wall roughness on shear viscosity and diffusion in nanochannels》，在该作者的研究中，主要提到：“Shear viscosity in confined nanochannels can be calculated by NEMD or Green–Kubo relations. Green–Kubo methods are mainly used in systems close to or at equilibrium state and they do not take into account the induced strain rates, while NEMD methods do.”，我主要是想实现这一结果，然后用于讨论其他的物质体系。实际上，我还有一个问题：Green–Kubo relations是否可以直接用于Poiseuille flow 中的局部 shear viscosity的计算？为什么？ |
