扩大就业战略背景下,提升高职院校学生就业质量具有重要的现实意义。本文基于2016年浙江省高职毕业生的问卷调研,探讨了就读大学期间的学习绩效对其初次就业薪资水平与就业满意度的影响。研究结果显示:大学阶段学习成绩高低、有无顶岗实习经验对高职生初次就业薪资与就业满意度都没有显著的解释力;学用相关性对高职生初次就业薪资与就业满意度产生显著正向作用;社团干部经验正向影响薪资水平,社团活动参与程度正向影响就业满意度;拥有资格证书类别的不同,对高职生的初次就业表现的影响也存在差异。

It has important practical significance for improving the quality of higher vocational college students employment under the strategy of expanding employment background. This paper is based on the questionnaire investigation and research of higher vocational graduates in Zhejiang province in 2016. We discussed the influence of the learning performance during the college time to the first job wages and job satisfaction. The results showed that there is no significant explanatory power for the high and low grades, presence of field work experience during the college time to the wages and job satisfaction of the employment of higher vocational students for the first time. And the correlation study for the first time the employment wages and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect. Also, the club officers experience will affect the salary level and the participation in community activities can positive influence on the job satisfaction. What’s more, the different qualification certificate category can influence the performance of the initial employment of higher vocational students.
