欧药典：重金属的测定方法C中疑问之处，欢迎解答。 已有1人参与

前辈们好： 小弟所在公司想用欧洲药典进行重金属测定，其中有一段话为： Reference solution (standard). Prepare as described for the test solution, using the prescribed volume of lead standard solution (10 ppm Pb) R instead of the substance to be examined. To 10 ml of the solution obtained add 2 ml of the test solution. Monitor solution. Prepare as described for the test solution, adding to the substance to be examined the volume of lead standard solution (10 ppm Pb) R prescribed for preparation of the reference solution. To 10 ml of the solution obtained add 2 ml of the test solution. 小弟不明白为什么标中还需要每10毫升需要加2毫升的样品？然后这个MONITOR 中也加2毫升的样品，这是为什么啊？ |
