香港城市大学物理与材料科学系 Dr. Stephen Sai Wing Tsang 招收一名博后和两名RA，具体要求如下：
有兴趣的同学可以跟Dr. Tsang联系。

Research staff position(s)

1. Postdoc Fellow (x1)

Duties:
To develop high efficiency perovksit solar cells using soltuion deposition method.
To investigate the degradation mechanism of perovskite solar cell.
To establish a standard testing protocol/plateform for solar cell lifetime under operation conditions.
To work closely with teamates for vaious processes.

Requirements:
PhD degree in Electronics Engineering, Optoelectronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related disciplinary subjects, focusing on thin film semi-conductor materials/devices related technologies;
Experiences with instrumentation;
Experiences with perovksite/organic solar cells fabrication and device optimization are prefered;
Be a good team player in carrying out collaboration project;
Have good communication and presentation skills.

2. Reserach Assistant (x2)

Duties:
To investigate the charge transfer process in organic and perovskite solar cells
To setup a qunatum efficiency measurment system
To work closely with teamate to develop the project.

Requirements:
Bachlor/Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Optoelectronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related disciplinary subjects, focusing on thin film semi-conductor materials/devices related technologies;
Experiences with instrumentation (Labview)
Experiences with thin film characterizations.
Experiences with optical setup.
Be a good team player in carrying out collaboration project;
