重金寻求大神解决审稿人问题

之前投了一篇文章，主要是振动疲劳分析这一块，现在有个审稿人的问题如下： The authors have used a volume average of Von-mises stress, as an important design parameter to make their decisions. The idea of using a scalar stress measure is probably justified if we assume that failure is a primarily stressed based failure criteria. This is difficult to assess in the absence of a mention of failure strength of any of the materials used. The authors may do well to mention the failure strength of the materials. 我的理解是审稿人想知道我为什么选择Von-mises stress作为失效判据，他这里的第二句话我不太理解，特别是 stressed based failure criteria，难道说是基于应力的失效准则运用与否与这个材料的failure strength有关吗，我查了下，是不是对于弹性材料就可以用基于应力的，而对于弹塑性材料，过了屈服点，只能用基于应变的吗？我在文章中用的材料属于弹塑性材料。 |
