Optical Materials投稿账号无法登录问题

最近在Optical Materials上投稿一篇文章（导师的账号），之后再次登录时提示：Our records show that you have created a consolidated profile. Your account in this journal is not yet linked to your consolidated profile. Please enter your old EES username and password to add this journal to your consolidated profile. 点击“Forgotten Username/Password”，发了一个密码到邮箱，用它登录时提示：The username or password you entered does not match our records. Please try again. NOTE: If you have consolidated your profile, your primary email address is now your username. 求有类似经历和经验的大神指导，感觉文章投出去投丢了的样子~~~  |
