SCI投稿图表嵌入元数据

现在在投稿Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety，但是编辑要求所有的图提供“source files”，具体要求如下， Manuscript and Figure Source Files (mandatory) We cannot accommodate PDF manuscript files for production purposes. We also ask that when submitting your revision you follow the journal formatting guidelines. Figures and tables may be embedded within the source file for the submission as long as they are of sufficient resolution for Production. For any figure that cannot be embedded within the source file (such as *.PSD Photoshop files), the original figure needs to be uploaded separately. 您好，请问EES投稿要求里有“Please ensure the figures and the tables included in the single file are placed next to the relevant text in the manuscript, rather than at the bottom or the top of the file. The corresponding caption should be placed directly below the figure or table.”这句话，应该把表格图片加入到正文里吗？放进去的话就会超了字数限制，图表计入字数吗？ |
