请问电流电压拟合的各种方法，比如Thermionic emission (I∝V), Schottky emission (Ln I∝V1/2), space charge limited conduction (SCLC) ( I∝V2) and Poole-Frenkel emission (Ln (I/V)∝V1/2) were not good fits for the curve, and FNT (Ln (I/V2)∝1/V) [18,19] and TAT (Ln J∝1/E).[20] 这些拟合的方法到底反应什么物理问题
