RSC advances 拒稿但是编辑又说给机会修改 求助大家这是什么情况？ 已有1人参与

一个大修，一个据稿，系统状态时reject，可是编辑的话是给机会修改再投，请教大家这是什么意思？该怎么处理？ Thank you for your submission to RSC Advances, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry. I sent your manuscript to reviewers and I have now received their reports which are copied below. While one of the reviewers advised rejection of this paper in its present form, other reviewer suggested a major revision of this paper. The revision advised by the reviewers might require additional work which will take some time to finalize all the necessary revision based on new data. I regret to inform you that I conclude "Rejection" your manuscript for keeping the reasonable publication speed. I am sorry not to have better news for you, however, I would be pleased to consider a suitably revised version for publication in RSC Advances. Please submit a revised manuscript which addresses all of the reviewers’ comments. When you submit your revised manuscript please include a point by point response to the reviewers’ comments and highlight the changes you have made. |
