不懂你的专业，所以术语可能不准确，但意思是很明显的： PUC 的 tensile strength （拉伸强度？）对 reinforced beam （加固梁？）的影响要大于 compressive strength （抗压强度？）的影响，PUC 是用于底部，而底部正是 tensile strength （拉伸强度？）形成的 地方，但作者进行强度分析时却只考虑了 PUC 的 compressive strength （抗压强度？）而未考虑 tensile strength （拉伸强度？）。对此审稿人请你解释、澄清。 |
