计算的core level和vbm之间的binding energy difference, 和实验结果不太一样? 已有1人参与

大家好, 最近在用vasp做Ge体材料的core level 计算 我的想法是 从计算的DOSCAR里读取出VBM的能级 从OUTCAR里读取出Ge原子3p层的core level state energy(这里设置了ICORELEVEL=1) 然后两者的差值就是3p层core level到VBM的binding energy difference(因为两者共享同样的Kohn-Sham potential,这个应该没问题吧?) 但是现在的问题是, 计算的结果与文献里Ge材料3p-VBM的能量差数值差距有点大 我计算的值是~24eV, 而文献里给出的值一般都在~29eV 请问有没有研究过这方面问题的高手 来解答下我的疑惑?如果需要计算细节 我也可以提供 谢谢帮助。。。 |
